Median prices are up! Honolulu Board of REALTORS® recently released October’s housing resale figures. In comparison to October 2014, the median price for a single-family home increased 4.3% to $720,000. For condos, the median price increased 4.9% to $370,000.
Fun Fact: 187 Dowsett Ave (MLS: 201500865) was the most expensive home sold during October 2015. It closed for $6,450,000!
