Here is a brief explanation:
Urban Benefits: What does the community have to offer? Are there walking and bike paths? Is there a farmers' market?
Commute: How long does it take to get to work? How close am I to my family and friends?
Low Fees: If you are looking to purchase a condo or a townhouse, high maintenance fees can be a deal killer.
Value: My buyers wanted to know if they were getting a great deal. They weren't overly concerned if the house they were buying was not perfect. My clients were willing to make minor repairs.
Outdoor Space: Is there a lanai, a patio, or a yard? My buyers didn't want to be confined to their interior living space.
