The demand to live in Kaimuki continues to rise. Comparing resale stats from November 2014 to November 2015, the median price for a single family home in Kaimuki increased 8.2%.
The median price for a single family home in Kaimuki, during October 2015, was $934,000. Within one month, the median price increased $13,500.
To put things in further perspective, November's 2015 median price for a single family home on Oahu was $715,500.
Traditionally, real estate tends to slowdown during the holiday season. It'll be interesting to see if December's median single family price increases too.
