803 Waimanu is one of Kaka’ako’s latest affordable housing condos. The property is being developed by Frank Mola, of Coastal Rim Properties, Inc.
This midrise condo will consists of 153-units. Projected prices will mostly range from $240,000 to $307,200 for studios with 384 of living square feet. Some units do not have parking.
Sales for 803 Waimanu is anticipated to occur sometime this year.
