Million Dollar Neighborhood


Using year-to-date statistics for the past 12 months, the Honolulu Board of Realtors announced that there are six neighborhoods with a median price of at least $1,000,000. The neighborhoods are…

  • Aina Haina – Kuliouou with a median sales price of $1,100,000.

  • Ala Moana – Kaka’ako with a median sales price of $1,200,000.

  • Hawaii Kai with a median sales price of $1,125,000.

  • Kailua – Waimanalo with a median sales price of $1,005,000.

  • Makiki – Moiliili with a median sales price of $1,100,000.

  • Waialae – Kahala with a median sales price of $1,850,000.

The median single family home price in 2015 was $700,000. It’ll be interesting to see where home prices go this year.
