Aina Haina – Kuliouou with a median sales price of $1,100,000.
Ala Moana – Kaka’ako with a median sales price of $1,200,000.
Hawaii Kai with a median sales price of $1,125,000.
Kailua – Waimanalo with a median sales price of $1,005,000.
Makiki – Moiliili with a median sales price of $1,100,000.
Waialae – Kahala with a median sales price of $1,850,000.
The median single family home price in 2015 was $700,000. It’ll be interesting to see where home prices go this year.
