Hawaii City Plaza
A California based developer recently announced that they would like to build a 26-story mix use condominium on Sheridan Street. This new condo would be located near Walmart.
Hawaii City Plaza is expected to have 163 condo units. 20 percent of these units would be priced under the city’s affordable housing guidelines.
For the affordable housing units, sales prices are projected to range from $369,000 to $625,000. The market rate units are expected to be prices from $490,000 to over $1.5 million.
