April 2017 Condo Stats
The Honolulu Board of REALTORS recently released April 2017's market press release. The report stated that 44% of April's condo sales were between the $300,000 - $499,999 price range.
The majority of my millennial first time home buyers are prequalified in this price range. This is a competitive price range because my clients are often going against investor, all cash Buyers.
The $300,000 - $499,999 is an attractive price range because one can purchase a condo with a reasonable monthly maintenance fee. Here are some of the condos that sold last April.
