Our company, Forward Realty, recently attended a broker's presentation for A'ali'i. A’ali’i is Howard Hughes’ latest condo project. According to the sales team, A’ali’i is projected to have 751 units. If I’m not mistaken, this would be one of largest (most units) in the state. In addition, 150 units are subject to HCDA regulation. There will be: - Studio - 1 bedroom -2 bedrooms
Most importantly, prices will range from $300,000 - $1 million. Regardless if you purchase a studio or the penthouse unit, all owners will get a parking stall. I believe some units will get two parking stalls.
