- Date sold: January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015 (1017 single family homes were sold)
- Property Type: Single Family
- City: Honolulu
- Land Tenure: Fee Simple
The median price for a single family home in Kaimuki was:
Did you know the most popular street within Kaimuki was 11th Avenue? Five homes were sold on this street.
Will this trend continue in 2016? We can only wait and see.
