The Honolulu Board of REALTORS® recently released their October 2015 Local Market Update. There’s been a buying frenzy in Kaimuki. According to their statistics, comparing October 2014 to October 2015, there was a 300% increase in homes sold in Kaimuki.
Using the same months of comparison, single family homes in Kaimuki appreciated 9.6% from $851,944 to $934,000. That’s an $82,056 increase in value! What’s driving this demand?
